Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located on Long Island, NY and we regularly service all of Suffolk and Nassau Counties

Q: Do you travel further?

A: We are happy to travel for your event and are accustomed to traveling around the city and the entire tri-state area. Fees for travelling beyond Nassau and Suffolk county are determined individually for your event and are based on area per diem rates, tolls, and parking availability. If you would like to book a party or event outside our normal service areas please fill out the bookings form and we will be in contact to determine travel fees.

Q: Are you licensed?

A: Yes, we are licensed and insured.

Q: When should I book my party or event?

A: Typically booking 4-6 weeks in advance is enough time to secure your date. For larger events more time may be required to ensure character availability.

Q: How do I book a party?

A: To book a party, please fill out a request on our Book a Party page. Someone will be in contact with you within one business day to confirm details of your party. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date of your party, and will be applied towards the total price of the party. Remaining payment is due 48 hours before the party, but can be made at any point from the time of deposit until 48 hours prior to the event.

Q: What is your cancellation / rescheduling policy?

A: Cancellations up to 48 hours before your event are refundable excluding the deposit. Events can be rescheduled one time free of charge up to 48 hours before the event. Outdoor events can be rescheduled an additional time due to inclement weather on an individual basis. 

Q: Do you perform at outdoor events?

A: We perform at outdoor parties as long as the temperature and weather permits. Character outfits may be weather dependent, and will be discussed ahead of time as needed.

Q: Can I have more than one character at a time?

A: Yes, pricing for additional characters is listed on the packages page. We're happy to provide any combination of characters you feel will best suit your event.

Q: Can I choose which performers will attend?

A: While you can choose your character, due to scheduling and availability, we are unable to fulfill specific performer requests. All of our performers are thoroughly trained in singing, dancing, acting, and child care, so you're assured a high-quality experience regardless of the assigned performer. 

Q: How should I prepare for my visit?

A: To best prepare for our variety of activities, we recommend clearing enough space for group singing and dancing with characters and a small speaker. At parties with glitter or water tattoos, a small table and chair is helpful.

Q: Can I tip the performers?

A: Of course! While it is not required, tips are a great and appreciated way to show your regard for outstanding service.
